A platform for rank-and-file London Underground workers, telling you what the bosses and bureaucrats won't. Tubeworker reports on workplace issues, puts forward strategies that we think will help workers win, and supports militant, democratic trade unionism. It promotes unity and challenges inequality.
Off The Rails is written by rail workers, for all rail workers, whatever your job, employer, or union. It provides info, support, and a forum for rank-and-file workers to discuss strategies. OTR is published monthly, alongside "Notts Off The Rails", and Sheffield-based "On Guard". It is fiercely pro-union, but independent of union head offices.

The 2022-3 strike wave has been the biggest in a generation. Workers' Liberty activists have made and distributed bulletins on picket lines, strike rallies, and in workplaces. We have been consistently arguing for and organising to unite, accelerate, and spread the strikes, and for rank-and-file democratic control of disputes.
We have articles on many other trade unions, on lots of workplace issues, and regular workers' diaries from many industries. See also links below for articles on union democracy; unions engaging with political issues; unions and equalities — documenting and fighting sexism, racism, etc.; and trade union and workers' struggles around the world.
