Three members of the Campaign Against Executions in Iran are camping out in Trafalgar Square, London, for a week in protest against the Islamic dictatorship's increasing use of executions to terrorise its political opponents.
Five people accused of involvement in the mass pro-democracy protests in January were hung in the week up to 28 July.
Since the start of the year at least 30 people have been executed for alleged involvement in the January demonstrations and hundreds of others have been hung for alleged involvement in drug smuggling.
Trials are tainted by confessions extracted through torture.
Protests take place each Saturday afternoon, from 2pm in Trafalgar Sq, London.
