A survey of the debate around the "workers' government" slogan in the Communist Party of Germany following the 4th Congress of the Communist International in 1922. Written by the Internationale Kommunistische Liga, an Austrian Trotskyist group of the 1970s, and translated into English in "International Communist" (a forerunner of Workers' Liberty), March 1978.
