The world needs a radical alternative if we are to stop capitalism before it kills us. CO2 levels are at their highest for millions of years, while hurricanes and storms have devastated everywhere from the Caribbean, India to the United States.

Workers' Liberty looks to the labour movement as the way we can transform society and stop climate chaos. We look to examples like the green-bans of the Australian Builders Labourers Federation, the occupation of the Vestas wind turbine factory and the Lucas Plan. All examples where workers stood up against capitalisms drive to put profit before people. While the labour movement is weak there has been a small revival of socialist debate and organising, including around climate change.
Come to our last forum of the year and hear from activists discuss the prospects for the fight against climate change in the new year and the strategies we need to fight for a worker-led transition.

Speakers include an activist from Reclaim the Power, the trade union movement and a Workers' Liberty activist who attended the Ende Gelände camp in Germany.
