Submitted by AWL on 26 June, 2015 - 10:01
A week school organised by Workers' Liberty 6-10 July 2015 to learn about the history of socialist organisation

Starting after our summer event Ideas for Freedom, Workers' Liberty will be running a week school about "building revolutionary organisations in hard times".

The school will run 10am-6pm every day in University College London and be open to all. The school will be quite intensive, but no prior knowledge is needed and help will be at hand for the more challenging bits of reading.

The school will be split up into several sessions, each looking at a debate from a different period of the socialist movement in the 20th Century.

Reading will be up on this page in the next couple of day and will include sessions on:

* Trotsky and Zionviev

* Bordgia and Gramsci

* Luxemburg and Kautsky

* Cannon and Shachtman

* Socialist organisation today
