Got a complaint against your local Council? The Local Government Ombudsmen are supposed to investigate it and sort it out for you. There are not enough of them, and chances are you will have to wait ages and will probably be dissatisfied with the result. But by all means give it a go. Just don't rely on it, or let it stand in the way of campaigning.
