Imagine starting work for LUL, doing your training, and being told what group you are going to work on. Off you go, settle in to working on the group, perhaps move house into the area.
Then management tell you that they shouldn't really have sent you there, whoops, so they are going to displace you to somewhere else. Nice, huh?
Well, that's what has happening to seven CSAs on the Rickmansworth group. It was management's mistake, but they are trying to make staff pay the price. Management should pay for their own mistakes, and let the staff stay at Ricky. Eventually, movements, promotions, retirements etc will return the CSA numbers to what they ought to be.
If management refuse to back down, then perhaps the CSAs should simply refuse to move and report for duty on the Ricky group. Fortunately, they are all in the RMT, so should be in a strong position to resist being mucked about.
