Remember how we fought off [1] management's attempts to move staff off the gateline at Embankment? Well, they are back for another try!

Management want more platform duties, and neither Tubeworker nor the local staff have a problem with that - so long as we get the extra staff to cover those duties. But management have another plan - no extra staff, just take people off the gateline instead. This would leave one CSA working the gateline alone at Embankment during the evening peak: a workload that is near-impossible and vulnerable to assault.

And this time round, management want to try the same plan at other stations on the group, such as Mansions House and Blackfriars too. If they won't listen ot reason and provide the extra staff, then we may have to refuse to work their dangerous plan.
