The ink is not dry on the stations agreement with management and they start their old tricks again.

Last Sunday, 13th April, there was no SS2 on duty at Harrow & Wealdstone from 0700 til 1900. The only other CSA on duty was newly-qualified ex-Silverlink. Two platform staff to manange 6 platforms. The CSA holding the fort has 6 or so months service. The barrier staff on duty were all agency. A CSA who queried a lack of a SS on duty was told by the DSM that as there were no Bakerloo trains due to enineering work that was OK.

NO IT'S NOT!

LUL is the Station Facility Operator and is responsible for all traffic through the station and co-ordinating a response to incidents on LUL and TOC trains. Remember there have been three one-unders in as many months (two within 7 or 8 days of each other).

This is not some quiet station in the sticks. Management seem to still think that the rest of the station is someone else's responsibility and the transfer never happened.
