Wot No Gloves?

Saturday morning, and a 'customer' decides to deposit a poo on the stairs at Temple station. The cleaner set about cleaning it up - but her employer, Initial, hadn't bothered to supply her with gloves! And when the Station Supervisor - having given the cleaner a pair of gloves from his first aid kit - contacted Initial, they were not particularly bothered.
Charming. These cowboy cleaning companies really scrape the bottom of the barrel, treating their workers with contempt and disregarding the most basic safety standards. All grades should stand up for the cleaners - just as this Station Supervisor did.

Wot No Gloves?
No surprise there Mane Rail Agency/Tubelines only supply gloves once a week.
The rubber coating peels off & the dirt penertrates the glove in next to no time, some filthy tasks require 1 pair per shift. To p--s workers of even more there is talk of being made to provide our own gloves.
