Trouble on the Way

Rule Book (Non-)Dispute 2007

All is not well with the Working Reference Manual Review. When management start messing about with Union reps' release, it usually means that the employer is up to no good.

Tubeworker suspects the Rule Book will be fragmented, mirroring the fragmentation of PPP.

So we could soon find that LUL no longer 'owns' the rules as they could 'belong' to the Infracos instead. How about safety procedures in depots? Or operating circuit breakers?

You can't run a railway with fragmented safety. No wonder one rep described management's latest draft as 'colour-coded crap'.
