USDAW central office to grab branch funds?

Check out USDAW. A rule change proposed [through his lackeys] [by SIR Bill Connor] that this year's annual delegate meeting give control of branch funds to central office transferring a further 12.5 per cent to central office.

I have to say we do need a fairer system for branch funds some branches cannot not send members to div/conferences or more important the ADM some branches are sitting with massive amounts in their accounts and are not active branches where other branches who are active cannot send there members through lack of branch funds we are after all meant to be a democratic union and the ADM the members will make that decision but remember some branches cannot afford to send members
