London Underground pay - what is going on?

Management's offer of a five-year deal has been rejected, and quite right too - multi-year deals don't allow for changing circumstances and tie us into an agreement which may not look too good a year or two down the line; never mind the performance-related bonuses (which should be given as part of salary instead, that way you're sure you will get it).

But we haven't heard anything else from the unions for about a month. What is happening?
