How lovely, receiving confirmation that we reached the magic target to get our CSS bonus.
And we are sure it is entirely a coincidence that this good news arrived at just the time that management want us to accept that our Olympic bonus should be based on the same CSS system. The CSS system means that part of our income - y'know, the money we need to pay the bills - depends on how many people say they are 'satisfied' with a travelling experience that may have been blighted by delays, overcrowding and lack of staff. And it provides management with a little carrot to dangle in front of us, under a constant threat of it being just out of reach.
Tubeworker isn't about to object to some cash, but it would be far better for these daft bonuses to be incorporated into our regular wages, and dump the arbitrary targets and management manipulation. And for our Olympics bonus to be much bigger than the peanuts currently on offer, and not based on the CSS system.
