"Up the republic: A history of anti-monarchy activity". Sheffield AWL forum

Description:

In the events surrounding the Jubilee why not, instead of banging your head on the nearest hard object in frustration, join Workers' Liberty to discuss the glorious history of anti-monarchy protest. If your reaction to the Monarch is more 'parasite' than 'pride' you should definitely be at this event.
At last year’s Royal Wedding comrades and friends of Workers’ Liberty were pre-emptively arrested. Daniel Randall, one of those arrested, will be coming to discuss the history of anti-monarchy activity and how the state and monarchy interact.
