Date:
13 May, 2010 - 21:15 - 23:00
Location:

Back room, White Horse pub, Peckham Rye (ten minutes from Peckham Rye station, overland from London Bridge and Victoria)

Description:

Meeting organised by South London Workers' Liberty

***

We still don't know who will form the next government, but whoever it is will attempt to make massive cuts and attacks on the working class. How can we stop them?

In an election where the far left did poorly and, despite the Labour defeat, big sections of the working class rallied to Labour, what's our analysis?

Can we support any of the coalitions on offer? Will battles inside the Labour Party play any role in building working-class resistance to the cuts?

Should socialists stand in the next set of elections, which may come soon?

The BNP did badly in the elections, but is still a threat. How do we beat the fascists?

ALL WELCOME
