EMERGENCY PROTEST - Support the BA workers! Defend the right to strike!

Royal Courts of Justice, The Strand, London

Called by Workers' Climate Action

With the Royal Courts of Justice set to deliver a verdict at 9:30am on whether Unite will be allowed to appeal against the outrageous injunction against the British Airways workers' strike (yes, they have to appeal to have an appeal), we felt it was important to register a presence - even a token one - outside the court to express our solidarity with the BA workers and defend the right to strike.

If you work shifts, have flexi-time, don't start work until 10am, are unemployed, are a student or even reckon you can get away with turning up to work a bit late then come and join us to wave placards and make a bit of noise to let the judges, the bosses, the general public and crucially the BA workers themselves know that - despite the media hate campaign - there are people who back them and will stand up for their right to take industrial action.
