Power Control strike suspended but still hits management

Posted in Tubeworker's blog on ,

Power Control workers were due to strike this bank holiday weekend, causing panic that the Tube would be 'shut down'.

Unite, TSSA and RMT have suspended strikes after making progress at ACAS.

But engineering hours still had to be cancelled throughout the weekend on many lines while traction current stayed on.

Maybe LU will think again next time about taking it so close to the wire before giving into reasonable demands.
