Finding Out Facts
It seems that on Green Park group, management have added an extra stage to the attendance/discipline procedure. Now, you have a 'fact-finding interview' before being sent to an LDI.
What Tubeworker wants to know is: what facts do managers need to find out that they couldn't unearth at the Return To Work interview? We can't help but suspect that this 'fact-finding interview' is actually the disciplinary hearing in disguise, and that the LDI will just rubber-stamp the decision made by the manager at the fact-finding.
Could this be something to do with the fact that LUL denies you the right to a union rep at the fact-finding, but has to allow you one at the LDI? Could be ...

The Green Park Group have for many years been the whipping boys for the management. Yet the management have gotten away with so much, especially non attendance, especially on Sundays, beware you managers who read this, you don't know how much dirt we have on you.
A certain manager with the initials DB, not disciplinary board, took extra leave when the boss was away, in the hope she would not find out, but was grassed up by so many and his leave was taken away by the boss and he started his own victimising campaign against those he thought grassed him up.
Why was he not sent to a disciplinary for trying to defraud the company? Was a fact finding mission held on his absence? Answers on a postcard to..............
